About

DIANA WRIGHT, NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST, MSC NUTRITIONAL THERAPY, BSC HONS FOOD SCIENCE, DIP ION.

I have been a practicing Nutritional Therapist for 20 years. I am Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) registered and a full member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists, (BANT).

In 2017, I completed a MSc in Nutritional Therapy, from the University of Westminster, which included research into Nutrigenomics. I have a degree in Food Science and a Diploma from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition.

My role as a Nutritional Therapist is to guide people through their dietary and lifestyle choices in order to positively enhance their personal health goals and outcomes.

As well as ensuring your food choices cover your fundamental nutritional needs, I also look to address symptoms that affect your quality of life such as: weight gain; IBS; arthritis; food intolerances; type 2 diabetes; hormone and immune health; eating disorders; and unbalanced eating in children.

In my tool bag of expertise I call upon my 20 years of experience as a practicing Nutritional Therapist, scientific knowledge from training in functional medicine and a person centred approach.
