CHRONIC FATIGUE / ME
Chronic fatigue and M.E appear to be an ever increasing modern illness, which the medical profession have very little to offer in the form of help except where relevant, anti-depressants.
However nutritionally I have found it to be a biochemical mosaic of differing in balances such as
Poor detoxification
Heavy metal toxicity
Low immune system
Food intolerances
Fatigued adrenals and thyroid
Poor absorption and digestion of nutrients and minerals
Gut flora imbalance
Yeast overgrowth
This condition appears to hit any age group, old or young and can last for years or for a short while.
It appears that it is environmentally affected by the ever increasing toxic environment we live in, depleting us of vital nutrients and interfering at cellular level many biochemical processes.
However the pace of life also depletes our cellular energy and the Krebs cycle which is your vital function of cellular energy production, depending on enzyme co factors to make this happen efficiently which are nutrients such as B vitamins, zinc, magnesium and manganese.
Aching joints and muscles, and ongoing tiredness does not have to be for life. It can be initially assessed by a Hair mineral analysis and further assessed with an adrenal stress test and liver detoxification profile and treated accordingly.

This is my command - be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
